Refined design.
Elegant living.

The moment you enter the home you are struck with the scale and amount of detail throughout. The handmade Krause bricks from central Victoria immediately catches the eye. A soaring 4mt entry with views of the central pool escorts you as you walk past the purpose-built study, which has been amazingly appointed by Melbourne’s own Zuster furniture.

Pass by the lavishly created powder room and you find yourself the heart of the home featuring a double height dining room, a luxurious kitchen with marble throughout, V-ZUG appliances and an oversized Living room with dual zone seating. The spaces have been carefully designed to provide maximum light with north facing floor-to-ceiling windows encircling the area.

Further features include oak timber floors, gas fireplace, ducted refrigerated air-conditioning and heating and a huge mudroom, laundry and walk-in-pantry with incorporated Vintec wine storage. The upstairs area has a deluxe main suite with stunning city views, a walk-in wardrobe and glamorous ensuite perfect for nights in. Three separate bedrooms, each with their own ensuite surround a kid’s rumpus. The house has been beautifully curated by TypeCast and Studio Gallery to showcase a diverse selection of local aboriginal and
non-aboriginal artists.

The north facing garden is perfect for year round enjoyment and includes built-in polished concrete seating and BBQ. The planting works in harmony with the architecture and provides a richness and warmth to the external areas.

Meet the team

The Mazzei family has been building exceptional and award-winning homes across Melbourne for decades. Recently, Mazzei has partnered with Webster Architecture & Interiors (WAI) because we believe that ultimately, the success of your new home begins with the choices you make during your design phase. Through our years of experience we have seen the amazing results that can be achieved through good design, and how often this is under used. This is why we place design at the heart of what we do.

We work with you in partnership with WAI from the very beginning. Your architect and builder will work closely with you from the outset, ensuring your vision, your design and your budget are always aligned. We are passionately design driven — we know that considered, appropriate and inspiring architecture is at the core of every great home. And we are equally passionate about ensuring our clients find their home building journey is enjoyable, and even inspiring.

Webster Architecture & Interiors

WAI is a Melbourne based architecture and interiors practice established by Dan Webster in 2014. We believe that every project is unique in style, site and context, and most importantly it’s client. We have therefore tailored our process to be flexible, adaptable and dynamic to each client and project need. We have a strong sense of purpose in our architecture, but a considered and layered approach to our interiors. Our design work is strongly considered and strives for the perfect balance between form and function. The two in harmony produce beautiful homes to live in.
